Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a Cludigo plan purchased from CLUDIGO LLC. We want you to be satisfied with the Service and we handle every request fairly.

1. Digital product notice

Cludigo plans are digital software products that provide immediate access upon purchase. Because access is granted instantly, all sales are considered final except as described below.

2. 14-day satisfaction refund

If the Service does not work as described, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not made substantial use of the plan (for example, you have not built and exported a complete guest list, budget, and seating chart). We review these requests in good faith and generally approve them where the Service genuinely did not meet the description.

3. Technical issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of usage. Please contact us so we can try to help first — most issues can be fixed quickly.

4. Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged more than once for the same plan, or charged in error, contact us and we will refund the duplicate or erroneous charge promptly.

5. What is not eligible

Refunds are generally not available where you have fully used the Service for its intended purpose, where the request is made after the applicable refund window without a qualifying technical issue, or where a purchase was made in violation of our Terms of Service.

6. How to request a refund

Email contact@cludigo.llc with the email address used at checkout, the plan you purchased, the approximate purchase date, and a short description of the reason. We aim to respond within two business days.

7. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
