Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how CLUDIGO LLC delivers the Cludigo plans you purchase. Because Cludigo is a digital service, this policy takes the place of a traditional shipping policy.
1. Digital delivery only
All Cludigo plans are digital. Nothing is physically shipped, and there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses required. Any printable materials included with a plan (such as invite templates or signage) are provided as digital files you download and print yourself.
2. How you receive access
After your payment is confirmed, access to your purchased plan is provisioned to the account associated with the email address used at checkout. You will also receive a confirmation email.
3. Delivery time
Access is typically available immediately and in almost all cases within a few minutes of a successful payment. If you have not received access within one hour, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
4. Delivery problems
If you do not receive access, receive access to the wrong plan, or cannot log in, contact contact@cludigo.llc with your order details and we will resolve it promptly. If we cannot deliver the plan you purchased, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.
